Overview
At BH Gaming Store, we do not offer refunds or general returns. Products can only be exchanged if they are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery.
Since we source all items from different brands and companies (we do not manufacture in-house), we follow each brand’s warranty and exchange procedures.
Brand Warranty & Claim Process
Each product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
How to claim brand warranty:
- Inspect & Report: Within 24 hours of delivery, submit clear photos/videos of the defect via WhatsApp or email (see “How to Request an Exchange” below).
- Forward to Manufacturer: We will log your claim with the brand’s service center on your behalf.
- Warranty Approval: Once the brand authorizes the repair or replacement, we will notify you.
- Replacement Delivery: We ship the repaired or replacement unit back to you at no extra cost.
Pre-Order & Back-Order Terms
If you place an order for an out-of-stock item (pre-order or back-order), we will:
- Confirm Estimated Delivery: Provide you an expected ship date at checkout.
- Allow Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your pre-order up to 48 hours before the estimated ship date, with a full refund processed immediately.
- Notify of Delays: If the delay exceeds 14 days beyond the original estimate, you may choose to wait or request an immediate refund.
Out of Stock Orders
If you complete payment but an item is later found to be out of stock, you will receive a full refund immediately. We will notify you by email or WhatsApp and process it without delay.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange under Section 1:
- The product must be faulty or physically damaged on arrival.
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide proofs:
- Photos of the defect and packaging
- Unboxing video (if available)
- Order details (product name, date, invoice number)
Note: Items damaged after delivery or showing signs of misuse are not eligible.
Refund Process
We do not issue direct refunds for delivered products. Instead, we:
- Verify the fault or damage.
- Lodge a warranty claim with the brand (see Section 2).
- Upon brand approval, arrange a replacement delivery.
